In accordance with Alabama Code section 41– 16– 143, the Lamar County Board of Education posts this public notice that at 6 PM on July 11, 2024, at the Board offices at 150 Butler Circle SW, Vernon, AL, the Board will hold a public hearing and receive public comment on a proposal to award a guaranteed energy savings contract to Trane, a corporation (and/or it’s related companies). The public is invited to submit comments in writing which must be received by the Board prior to the above date and time or to attend the meeting and make public comments.
