Students who attend the Lamar County School of Technology, are on track to become completers in their department and are nominated by their instructors will be invited to join the National Technical Honor Society.  If the student makes the decision to join this prestigious organization, they will participate in an induction ceremony on the campus of LCST where they will receive a certificate, NTHS pin and a tassel to be worn at graduation.  They will also have to opportunity to run for NTHS officer the following school year.  The students will receive information from the NTHS organization about potential scholarship opportunities.
