Must pass Smart Practices Training with 80% or higher.
Must hold an Alabama Substitute Teacher License or a Teacher Certification. ($38 fee) When filling out the Substitute Teacher License Application - DO NOT complete the top section on the first page. That is for the Board of Education to fill out.
Must pass a background screening through FieldPrint. ($46.20)
Must provide Education Verification via a copy of a high school/ college transcript/diploma/degree.
Must complete the Kelly Online Application.
Once all the paperwork is complete, Kelly will contact you and schedule you for an orientation.

As of March 2023, our background vendor is now Fieldprint. You will need to create an AIMS account (if you do not already have one) and register for your background screening through Fieldprint. Instructions are provided to the right.
